The Interfaculty Center of Environmental Sciences II arose in Prague’s municipal district of Suchdol in 2015. The building serves as a workplace shared by various faculties of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. Of all Czech universities, the CULS managed to reach the highest grade in the UI Green Metric World University Rankings, a global ranking of universities’ level of being environment-friendly. By attending a commented tour, you can join us in taking a look inside the special educational space of the Department of Garden and Landscape Architecture, as well as enjoy the beautiful view offered by the center’s green roof! The tour includes a walk through Libosad, a unique educational and experimental arboretum, which was built on the site of a vast dump. This green living laboratory will captivate you with its charm, which changes with every season of the year!
