The National House in Karlín, built as a place for meetings and cultural uses by local citizens, immediately captures your attention with its impressive and generous form. It includes a garden restaurant with a café, a gaming club, a bowling room, a wine bar, halls with a stage and a club room. A memorial plaque commemorates the founding convention of the Czechoslovak Communist Party in 1921. Come and assess whether the reconstruction after the disastrous floods has succeeded in restoring the building‘s art-deco flair as well as meeting the needs of modern radio broadcasting.
