The “skleňák” (glasshouse) in Dejvice is a must-see for any lover of modern architecture. It was designed in the 1930s by Richard F. Podzemný in the new functionalist style, whose focus on simplicity, functionality, light and space is clearly reflected in the beautiful facade. As well as spacious flats the building contains underground garages with an air-raid shelter, a roof terrace with a formal sun spa and a shared tennis court in the interior yard.
