How to Redeem a Gift Voucher?
A gift voucher can be used to purchase tickets for Open House Praha’s year-round events. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can choose from all currently available events listed in the Events Calendar (both in Czech and English version) on our website or in the mobile app.
If you do not use the full value of the voucher at once, the remaining balance can be applied as a discount on future ticket purchases for our events. Simply enter the voucher code in the “Gift Voucher” field when purchasing a ticket, and the amount will be automatically deducted from the total price. Please note that the voucher cannot be redeemed on the GoOut.net sales platform.
